Prices for the 4th International Child’Space Training in Amsterdam

Starting in October 2017.

Early Birds: Registration between 31.08.2016 and 30.04.2017

  • €6650 without VAT (+ 21% VAT = €1396.50) – total: €8046,50.
  • To be paid in 6 payments; the first upon registration and the other payments 6 weeks before each segment.

Regular tuition fee: for registration after 30.04.2017

  • €7000 without VAT  (+21% VAT = €1470) – total: €8470
  • To be paid in 6 payments; the first upon registration and the other payments 6 weeks before each segment. * VAT is Value-Added Tax, BTW, Mehrwertsteuer.

Starting in April 2018 the second segment and Make-up for the first segment.

  • €7000 without VAT  (+21% VAT = €1470) – total: €8470
  • To be paid in 6 payments; the first and second upon registration and the other payments 6 weeks before each segment. * VAT is Value-Added Tax, BTW, Mehrwertsteuer.

 

The reverse charge procedure for VAT is applicable for:

1. Persons from the European Union in possession of a VAT number

2. Persons from outside the European Union in possession of a VAT number or another way of business registration used in your country.

Please enter the VAT number on the application form, we need it to make the invoices.

The Registration is valid once we have received the payment of the enrolment fee of €750 (+21 % VAT). The enrolment fee is a deposit. Of this tuition down-payment, €100 will be applied to each segment’s tuition fee, with the remainder applied to the final segment’s tuition fee.

Tuition for the full training consists of six payments:

1: First payment upon registration: a deposit of €750 (+21% VAT)

2-5: 6 weeks before each segment ((€1300/€1230 /€1160) (+ 21% VAT))

6: 6 weeks before last segment ((€1050/€980/€910) (+21% VAT))

All bank transfer fees are to be paid by the registrant. We will reserve your place when we receive the registration form and the enrolment fee. We will confirm enrolment after having received your payment. Late payment may result in not being able to participate in the training.

Terms and conditions in case of cancellation

The training will only take place if a sufficient number of participants have signed up by 15 July 2017. If we need to cancel the training due to insufficient enrolment, we will refund the registration fee in full, minus any applicable bank transfer fees.

Cancellation policy for participants

If a participant’s cancellation notice is received before 7 September 2017, €500 of the enrolment fee will be refunded, minus any applicable bank transfer fees. Any cancellations received after this date will not be refunded.

Chava Shelhav, Tjitske de Boer and Orly Gat will carry out the training, backed with the quality certification of Chava Shelhav. In the event that one of the above mentioned trainers is unable to be present, Chava Shelhav guarantees another Child’Space certified trainer as replacement.

In case of cancellation of the training caused by circumstances outside of our control and responsibility, full tuition fees will be refunded. The organization will not take any responsibility for lost travel or accommodation costs.

One of the conditions for graduating from the program is that all tuition fees have been paid in full.
